Restorative Feedback Strategies

The skill to move as a corporate is as high as a corporation’s workers’ openness to development. Being open to development not only includes ourselves, but also requires the perspective to develop our work and team. There lies a feedback system at the core of this. Effective feedback is feedback that awakens a desire to carry it out.

The purpose of this program, that I’ve designed, is to develop the feedback skills of the individual, their team and work.

The aim of this program is to:

  • Develop strategies to give perceptible feedback and pick up the feedback given.
  • Structuring the feedback process as a part of corporate productivity.
  • Lay the foundation of a team that strengthens each other through feedback.
